Our twist on a Brazilian classic is 100% European. Türkiye has over 100 miles of Mediterranean coastline and this sharp lemon-based cocktail pays homage to the flavours of the region.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Yeni Rakı 1937

  • 15ml Monin Orgeat syrup*

  • 25ml Limoncello

  • 3x Lemon wedges

METHOD

Muddle lemon wedges in the base of a tin

1.

Add Yeni Rakı, Limoncello, and Monin Orgeat

2.

Shake with 4-5 ice cubes

3.

Dump it into glass, top with ice if required

4.

Garnish with a lemon wedge
