Ä°STAN-BALL

A clean-cut and crisp cocktail.

Our ‘Ä°stan-Ball’ combines Yeni Rakı with spicy ginger ale and elegant, floral elderflower. We balance it with some pressed lime juice and cucumber to create a fabulously refreshing highball.

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml Yeni Rakı 1937

  • 20ml Elderflower Cordial

  • 100ml Fever Tree Ginger Ale

  • 5ml Lime Juice

METHOD

​Place a cucumber ribbon inside the glass

1.

Combine Yeni Rakı, elderflower cordial, and half the ginger ale in a highball glass

2.

Add ice cubes to fill the glass

3.

Top up with the remaining ginger ale

4.

Squeeze a lime wedge into the mix
