BOSPHORUS BRAMBLE

A tantalising blend of Yeni Raki,
gin, Turkish honey and blackberry.

Indulge in the mystique of the Bosphorous Bramble, where Yeni Rakı and gin meet the citrusy embrace of fresh lemon juice, all sweetened with the golden touch of Turkish honey and crowned with Crème de Mure.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Yeni Rakı 1937

  • 25ml Gin

  • 20ml Lemon Juice

  • 20ml Turkish Honey

  • 15ml Crème de Mure

METHOD

In a shaker filled, combine the Yeni Rakı and gin and shake vigorously

Squeeze the lemon into the shaker.

2.

Pour in the Turkish honey.

3.

Finish off with the Crème de Mure.

4.

Strain the concoction and served over crushed ice and garnish with a blackberry.
