Embark on a flavoursome journey through the landscapes of Anatolia.

Yeni Raki and Blanco Tequila join forces, harmonised by the citrus kick of lime, the silky touch of agave syrup and the bubbly excitement of grapefruit soda.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Yeni Rakı 1937

  • 25ml Blanco Tequila

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • 15ml Agave Syrup

  • 100ml Grapefruit Soda

METHOD

First add salt to a highball glass rim

1.

Then add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker

2.

Add ice cubes and shake

3.

Fine-strain the mixture over ice

4.

Add grapefruit soda and stir

5.

Garnish with pink grapefruit wedge
