Rakı, an Anatolian spirit with a rich history dating back to 2000 B.C., is crafted from the finest grapes and aniseed, distilled to perfection. Known as 'Lion's Milk' for its milky transformation when mixed with water, this unique spirit, deeply rooted in Turkey's wine culture, is celebrated for its purity and authentic taste.

 

Rakı in Turkey, Ouzo in Greece, Pastis in France, Sambuca in Italy have the geographical indications registered. They are different in terms of ingredients, production process and amount of sugar. Yeni Rakı's journey from ancient traditions to the modern table embodies a blend of artistry, heritage, and uncompromising quality.
